As much as we want you to love your Rebel Wilson Shoes, sometimes there are reasons why you might want to return your order. Please make sure that the item/s that you want to return are:

  1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging. Please do not tape the shipping label on the shoe box and/or anything that would damage the shoe box (fees will be applied if failed to follow).

  2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Or only issue a partial refund.

 

REFUNDS

Once our facility has received your return, we will immediately release your funds to your financial institution. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be issued. If it’s been longer than the said time, please contact your banking company for an estimate of when you can expect to see the funds on your bank statement.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S.
Orders with expedited shipping that is placed after 2:00 PM EST will not ship the same day. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays.
